Rock or Bust is the sixteenth studio album by Australian rock band AC/DC, released on November 28, 2014, by Columbia Records. The album is the first by the band to feature rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, replacing founding member Malcolm Young, who left the band due to health issues. The album's debut single, 'Play Ball', was released on October 7, 2014, and was a commercial success, reaching the top 40 charts in various countries. The album is the shortest studio album ever released by the band, lasting approximately 35 minutes. The band members faced several challenges during the tour to support the album, including drummer Phil Rudd's home detention and lead vocalist Brian Johnson's departure due to hearing loss. The band's bassist, Cliff Williams, also left the band after the tour. AC/DC officially confirmed in September 2020 that Johnson, Rudd, and Williams had returned to the band and were working on a new studio album, 'Power Up', which was released on November 13, 2020.
